Zoho Corp, a cloud-based business tools and information technology company, has donated Rs. 25 crore to PM CARES Fund to strengthen the government’s ongoing effort to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
The announcement was made on Twitter by Zoho’s CEO Sridhar Vembu on Wednesday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a Twitter post appreciated Zoho Corp’s gesture of support to defeat the pandemic.
In his acceptance tweet, the Zoho CEO wrote that the company is honoured to be able to serve the nation.
In addition to financial assistance, the software company is also helping the community by providing food to thousands of people affected by the coronavirus disruption.
