You should do Cardio at morning, then you should do Weight training in evening. Or Morning may be Weight training, and cardio at evening. But, both should not done at same time, It not give any Improvement to our Body. Fifth myth is after doing cardio, can eat what ever you want. That was wrong, because suppose if you eat Burger or Pasta or some thing like that. It’s calories was up to 250 to 300, once you doing your cardio workout it burns only 200 to 250 calories.
