Intermittent Fasting – Solution for Fat Reduction

Intermittent Fasting is also a new method of reducing Fat. Intermittent means having gaps in regular food routine. Our Family members or Friends have said that they are going to be Fasting to lose Weight. Does Intermittent fasting reduce Fat loss, if yes how would this happen. Can we go to Gym at this time or what are the foods we need to take on this time.

Process on Fasting

This fasting has two Face Feeding Time and Fasting Time, many people follows particular method. 16/8 IF (Intermittent Fasting) involves eating only during Eight hours. Window during the Day and Fasting for the Remaining 16 Hours. From Afternoon 12’o clock to Night 8’o clock, with this 8 hours you should take 3 to 4 Healthy Meals. From same night 8’o clock to next day 12’o clock, we should not take any meals and we need to be in Fasting for next 16 hours. IF is also call Time Restricted Feeding, because it was not a Diet plan, to avoid certain food.

The food we in take is only by time, which gives benefit in losing Weight. This was the advantage in this Time Restricted Method. How this method is working, when we in take food it converts into Glucose Molecules. This result in Increase in Blood Sugar level, this was the reason for us to think or walk or doing activities. This help to give energy to do this kind of work, on t his time Blood Glucose level get increased, Insulin Harmon get Segregate. The purpose of this Insulin Harmon is to maintain the level of Blood Glucose.

Principle of IF

The High level Glucose after intaking food, it store liver as Glycogen store. And excess glucose turn into fat and store in body. When we are at Fasting, the energy is drawn form this Glycogen and Fat that stored in a body. When we are in Fasting, a Harmon call Glucagon get released and the work for this is to convert Glycogen into Glucose that stored on liver. Also, fat that stored in our body get converted into Fat tic acid that is converted into Energy. It helps to maintain the Blood Sugar level, this was the function of Glucagon Harmon.

Generally, it takes 10 to 12 hours for this process to complete. If we not take any food for 12 hours, then Glucose level in blood get decreases. The, our body target fat to observe energy. But, this was not possible for regular intake of food, because we not push our body to take energy from Fat. This is because we eat three time a day on average, and some time we eat Snacks like Stuff. So, their is no way body search Fat to burn for Energy.

Many people suggest this method and it work them as well. They loss almost six to eight Kg per Month and it not cause any side effect to body. This was the principle of IF, on upcoming post we discuss about Effect of Intermittent Fasting.
