For biceps exercise pushup helps to activate the muscle. Pushup helps in many way for activating chest muscle, triceps muscle and shoulder muscle. But, many people not know about reverse Grip pushup, use your finger in backward direction. Then you need to start workout, your bicep muscle involvement is much higher than triceps muscle. Some of the best methods for biceps exercise are given below.

You should measure with certain distance and make your body straight and start your pushups. Finger should place back of shoulder and chest should face at front. When you do with two hands your biceps get good pump. Next workout is also by using cylinder, hold top position of cylinder and do reverse curls. Our hand should carry in Pronated position, this helps to activate a Brachialis muscle that is to activate outer Portion muscle. This reverse Curls moment helps to increase arm size. Third Cylinder workout is Hammer Curls hold a cylinder vertical position. Like, we workout hammer curls method using Dumbbells on Gym.

Do for 10 count and then turn cylinder to opposite direction and continue workout. This was due to cylinder weight is high on one end, so you need to change the side of the cylinder for every 10 counts. If you don’t have cylinder use Bricks, fill bricks in bags or Gym bag and you can use it as dumbbells. carry a bag in a single hand, this workout can pop your muscle very well. Or if you don’t have bricks or bags then fill water in bucket and use towel to catch buck.

And carry with two hands and do curls, it was exact copy of Hammer Curls. Many people use resistance bands , but don’t need to buy it you can do it on Towel. You can also change the gripping position of towel like supinated gripping position. Like we do Bicep Curl on barbell rod at Gym, it can do by beginners and experienced persons as well.

Finisher workout method is take a blanket and tie both end on window. Hold the other end of blanket and pull your bicep, it give full gripe to arms. You can do with any tools that found on your home. This may look funny but it give good result just like Gym workout. Muscle have no eyes, it only need weight and grip.
