Intermittent Fasting has has many good things at it’s side, but also it can cause some Side effects. This Side effect varies with person to person, Some of the side effects are Increased appetite, Fatigue, Headache and also Mood Swings. So, it is more important to follow it regularly and properly. If not, it can cause Malnutrition.

Mood Swings and other Problems

Mood swing was common problem for people around the world. This Fasting also cause the mood swing and Irritability, this was happen because of low blood sugar level. While practicing this fasting, it can also cause Hypoglycemia, due to this it result in Anxiety, Irritability and Poor Concentration. This Fault happen generally at beginning of Fasting stage. Drinking regular water during Fasting keep body Well Hydrated. The color of Urine should be in lemonade, dark color urine is sign for not in taking needed water to your body.
